What kind of wood do you use for your wooden products?
We use high-quality and sustainable types of wood such as teak and olive wood. The type of wood is carefully chosen based on what works best for each specific product.
How sustainable are your products?
To achieve the best environmental practices surrounding timber, we adhere to the FLEGT regulations. We prioritize sustainable production methods and eco-friendly finishes. Additionally, we select durable wood types that ensure longevity, helping to reduce waste.

Are your products handmade?
Yes, all our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. As a result, each item is unique and may vary slightly from the photo.
Are the wooden products treated against stains and moisture?
Yes, most of our products are finished with a protective coating to guard against moisture and stains. For items that come into contact with food, we use beeswax. For other products, we often apply a transparent water-based varnish. Whenever possible, we choose a protective layer that is as invisible as possible.
The finish prevents the wood from absorbing moisture or other liquids. Therefore, take care not to damage this layer when cleaning and maintaining your product.
The product page always indicates how to clean the product. Additionally, a general rule is that degreasing cleaning agents are not suitable. If in doubt, you can always contact us.
Can I order custom products?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service right now.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all countries within the European Union.
How long does delivery take?
The Netherlands: Next day delivery.
Belgium & Germany: Delivered within 2–3 business days.
Other EU countries:Delivered within 2–6 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6,95.
The shipping costs for orders to Belgium and Germany are €9,95.
For other countries within the European Union, the shipping costs are €14,95.
If you order for €100or more, shipping is free to all of the above countries.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damage. We will then provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
Service
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day period to return your order. To initiate a return, you can use the contact form.
We only cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a warranty issue. The warranty applies solely in cases of normal and reasonable use of the product, in accordance with the instructions and intended use.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes, we offer the option to have your order wrapped in gift packaging. Optionally, it is possible to add a personal message. If it's a gift, please check the box during checkout.
Important Note:
If you're sending the gift directly to the recipient, don't forget to enter a separate billing address.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All our products come with a 2-year warranty. However, this applies solely to normal and reasonable use of the product, in accordance with the instructions and intended use. More information can be found in our algemene voorwaarden.
I have canceled or returned my order. When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned order has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment account within 14 business days. We will send a confirmation email once we complete the refund.
