1. Identity of the Entrepreneur

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Timber Delights and to every agreement concluded between Timber Delights and the consumer. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. The Offer
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Images are a truthful representation of the products. As many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood, slight variations in color and texture may occur between the product shown and the product delivered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Timber Delights.
4. The Agreement
The agreement is established at the time the consumer accepts the offer and meets the associated conditions. Timber Delights confirms receipt of the order via email.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without stating reasons. Return costs are at the consumer's expense, except in the case of warranty issues. Returns must be registered via the contact form on the website.
6. Obligations of the Consumer During the Reflection Period
During the reflection period, the consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to assess the nature and characteristics of the product.
7. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product, including all delivered accessories, in its original condition and packaging, as soon as possible. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product.
8. Delivery and Execution
Delivery takes place within 2–5 working days after ordering, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer.
9. Payment
Payment must be made using the available payment methods, including iDEAL, PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. These payment methods are available in all EU countries served by Timber Delights.
10. Warranty and Conformity
All products come with a 2-year warranty. In the event of defects or non-conformity, the consumer can contact Timber Delights via the contact form. The warranty becomes void in cases of misuse or damage resulting from improper installation or cleaning contrary to the provided instructions.
We also want to inform the buyer that we exclusively offer handmade natural products. Wood is a natural material, making each product unique in color, grain structure, and shape. Small deviations from the product photos are therefore possible and precisely what make each item special.
11. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted via the contact form. Timber Delights will respond within 14 days of receipt. Timber Delights is not currently affiliated with a dispute resolution committee but may consider this in the future.
12. Liability
Timber Delights is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product or failure to follow accompanying instructions. The usage instructions for our products can always be found on the product page.
13. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, which can be consulted at https://timberdelights.com/privacybeleid/. Data may be stored outside the EU.
14. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the products and the website belong to Timber Delights or its licensors.
15. Applicable Law
Agreements between Timber Delights and the consumer to which these terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
